Politique d’expédition

All packages from Sincerely Lumière are sustainably wrapped and boxed. A lot of our fillers for our packaging may be recycled from our suppliers in order to reduce waste. 
Orders are processed within 5 business days, as each product is hand made bespoke to your order. We aim for you to receive your order within the standard shipping time of 2-5 days AFTER processing but please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order should there be any delays within the UK. Delays caused by couriers are independent of Sincerely Lumière and we will not be held liable for delays of this nature.

All orders will be shipped out each Saturday morning. In order to meet this deadline please ensure that you have made your order by 4pm on the Friday before the upcoming Saturday. For example to meet the shipping day of Saturday 30th December, please make your order by 4pm Friday 29th. Any orders made over the weekend will be shipped out Monday/Tuesday afternoon where possible and where it is not possible it will be shipped out on the following Saturday morning.

We use Royal Mail to courier our goods. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas throughout the United Kingdom. If you are not within this area you may incur extra postage fee. If this is the case, you will be notified to pay the postal fee for the area.
Royal Mail Standard Shipping (2-5 days) after processing:
  • £3.29 for parcels up to 2kg
  • £6.29 for parcels over 2kg and up to 10kg
  • For parcels over 10kg and up to 20kg the cost is from £9.99
  • Orders over £50 will be shipped within the UK for FREE
Shipping to the EU and other countries may vary considerably due to Brexit and all shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
For all orders, you will receive a tracking number via the email that you provided at checkout and so please check this carefully.
If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number. We will do everything we can to locate the lost item. If you have ordered incorrectly please notify us at hello@sincerelylumiere to inform us that you would like to cancel your current order in exchange for another item of the same value or more but not less.

If your package has been marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping courier directly using your tracking number.
